September 10, 2010 — Tonight, New York Neighbors for American Values – a coalition of more than 100 prominent civic, religious, civil liberties and civil rights organizations – will host a vigil supporting religious freedom and welcoming the proposed Islamic community center to lower Manhattan, reaffirming a commitment to American values.

New Yorkers will begin to gather at 7:15 p.m. Program of speakers begins at 8 p.m. Intersection of Murray and Church streets. Stage located on southwest corner facing south.
